LIFE CHIMERA is on the web portal of MiTE, Ministry of Ecological Transition, with an update overview on the project and in particular, the installation of the Pilot Plant operating in the Netherlands at the project partner, Renders & Renders. Here, as explained in the MiTE News, the goal to be achieved through the new technology created by the Italian company 3P Engineering, is to make livestock self-sufficient from the point of view of thermal energy (production 4.5 GWh per year) and obtain about 150 tons of fertilizer. An article has been dedicated to the LIFE CHIMERA project by A.I.A. Italian Breeders Association with a technical-economic nature, which aims to implement all the initiatives that can usefully contribute to a more rapid improvement of the livestock and to a more efficient valorisation of the livestock itself and of the products derived from it. The structure of the Association is extensively branched throughout the Italian territory, supporting every sector of breeding and developing a wide range of assistance activities for livestock companies that have contributed to making Italian animal husbandry one of the most advanced internationally. In the article dedicated to CHIMERA, in addition to the description of the European project of the LIFE program, it is highlighted how the goal of the new technology developed is to evolve the chicken manure management process by proposing a new sustainable and ecological model.
