On Wednesday October 2nd, CHIMERA project has been presented at the 17th International Waste Management and Landfill Symposium by the Project Manager Loredana Taddei. The Symposium was an interesting opportunity of contact and meeting with people from university and from the business world, all engaged in the very important topic of waste management.
The most interesting sessions have been the workshop “Biological treatment of animal waste” and the session “LCA in waste management”, where the importance of LCA analysis in productive processes was underlined: each productive process is followed by a waste production and management phase and the key is to be aware of it and to think about it from the very beginning of the productive process.
CHIMERA is increasingly broadening its horizons!
