3P Engineering took part to Ecomondo faire on November 7 and 8 and the two days were dense of meetings and activities.

On the first day of our participation to the greatest faire on circular economy in Europe, we exposed CHIMERA at the EASME (European Agency for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises) booth. EASME, indeed, has invited 3P Engineering to present CHIMERA project in a dedicated stand for the most environmental friendly projects in Europe. We received many visits of interested stakeholders and the location was just great, at the very entrance of Rimini faire.

On the second day, we exposed the CHIMERA poster at the conference “Towards circular economy of phosphorus and other nutrients”, kindly invited by the Polytechnic University of the Marche Region that was leading the activity.

In the afternoon, we had our slot to present CHIMERA project in the Conference on Industrial Symbiosis. This is a topic of high interest for our project. CHIMERA, indeed, stands in the crossroad of two different Industries and value-chains: the farming industry and the fertilizers’ production industry. The concept of Industrial Symbiosis underlines the processes to make the outputs of one industry become the inputs of another one.

What did we bring home? A good feeling that the hard work we are doing is worth and the recognition of CHIMERA as an outstanding EU project in the international community.
