Three days of conferences, meetings and scientific insights at the Rimini Expo Center (4-6 May 2022), with the first edition of Fieravicola Poultry Forum & B2B, a biennial international event, alternating with the trade fair event, promoted by Fieravicola in collaboration with Assoavi (the Association of Italian egg producers) and Unaitalia (National Union of Meat and Egg Food Chains). After the inauguration with the Minister of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies Stefano Patuanelli, the event dedicated the first day to the enhancement of the finished product, the second day to international issues and finally, a session for the technical-scientific aspects with experts from all over the world in collaboration with various scientific associations including WPSA (World’s Poultry Science Association). For the CHIMERA Team, the event was also an opportunity to meet Stefano Gagliardi Assoavi Director, Luigi Polizzi, the Director General of the Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, and Elio Catania, Advisor to the Minister for innovation policies in the agri-food sector, and Ghassan Sayegh, member of WPSA.
